We offer a 3 days refund guarantee for new customers. Transaction fees are deducted from the refund amount.

If the service was terminated for abuse, no refund will be given.

If you open a dispute, you are no longer eligible for a refund and will be charged a $30 administration fee. All services will be suspended until the fee is paid.

There is an administration fee of $25 to withdraw customer credits. Customer credits can be returned to the original payment method only. Credits older than 180 days can't be refunded.
